Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Principle

Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. iVape voluntarily grants the following return policy.

Voluntary Return Policy (14 Days)

You may return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please announce the return in advance by email to i@ivape.ch, stating your order number.

After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase price of the returned products. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the return is due to an error by iVape (wrong delivery, product defect).

All returns go to our returns warehouse:

iVape Returns c/o Flowline AG Riedmattstrasse 5 8153 Rümlang

Please do not send returns to the company address in Zurich — they cannot be processed there.

Exclusions

For reasons of hygiene and product safety, the following are excluded from returns:

• opened or used e-cigarettes and vapes,
• opened pods, refill tanks and e-liquids,
• products with damaged seals or removed original packaging.

Defects and Wrong Deliveries

If a product is defective or wrongly delivered, contact us within 7 days of receipt by email at i@ivape.ch — we will replace the product or refund the purchase price. In this case we will of course also cover the return shipping costs.

Disposal Note

E-cigarettes and pods contain batteries and electronics. Do not dispose of them in household waste — return them to a point of sale or an e-waste collection point (Swiss take-back obligation under the ORDEE).
