Frequently asked questions
- Are nicotine-free vapes 18+ in Switzerland?
- Yes. The Swiss Tobacco Products Act treats e-cigarettes with and without nicotine the same way, so sale is only allowed from age 18, online included. iVape verifies the date of birth with every order.
- Do 0 mg vapes taste different?
- Barely. The flavour stays identical, only nicotine's slight throat hit drops away. That's exactly why many find 0 mg vapes smoother.
- How fast does iVape deliver?
- Order on a working day before 5 pm and your parcel goes out the same day by Swiss A Mail, usually arriving the next working day in discreet packaging. Delivery within Switzerland only.
- From which order value is shipping free?
- From CHF 29 the shipping is on us. Below that, it adds CHF 4.90.
- What is the minimum age to order at iVape?
- 18 years. The Swiss Tobacco Products Act sets a minimum age of 18 for e-cigarettes, with and without nicotine. iVape therefore verifies the date of birth with every order and may request additional proof of age after the order.
What is a nicotine-free vape? An e-cigarette whose liquid contains 0 mg/ml nicotine. Only the flavour base of PG, VG and food-grade flavourings is vaporised, so taste and vapour stay exactly what they are, just without the active substance or its addictive potential. At iVape, nicotine-free disposables, pods and CBD vapes sit together in one place.
Who are 0 mg vapes for? Anyone who enjoys the ritual and taste of vaping but doesn't want nicotine, whether to taper down after switching or simply for the enjoyment without the addictive substance. The gap to the nicotine version is small: only the slight throat hit is missing, which is why many find 0 mg feels smoother.
A common misconception worth clearing up straight away: nicotine-free does not mean age-free in Switzerland. The Tobacco Products Act treats e-cigarettes with and without nicotine the same, sold from age 18, online included. That's why iVape verifies the date of birth with every order.
In practice it's easy: use the nicotine filter (0 mg) and iVape shows you every nicotine-free model at once. All products are genuine, in stock in Switzerland, free shipping from CHF 29, in 1 to 2 working days.
