About iVape
iVape is a Swiss online shop for e-cigarettes, pod systems and e-liquids. We specialise in what makes a good online shop: a well-maintained assortment, fast processing and customer service that actually answers — the rest we leave to professionals.
E-commerce is our core business
We focus entirely on the shop: up-to-date product data, honest availability, fair prices and a fast website that works in German, French, Italian and English.
Customer service that responds
Questions about an order, product choice or delivery are answered directly via WhatsApp or email — by people who know the assortment, not by a bot.
Logistics partner for warehousing & shipping
Warehousing and shipping run through our Swiss logistics partner Flowline AG in Rümlang, in the market since 2016. For you that means: original products mostly straight from the manufacturer, discreet packaging, same-working-day dispatch by A Mail for orders before 5 pm — no customs risk, no weeks of waiting.
