Ordering & shipping

How long does delivery take at iVape?
Orders received on working days by 5 pm leave the Swiss warehouse the same day by Swiss A Mail. The parcel usually arrives the next working day, at the latest after two working days. Delivery within Switzerland only.
How much is shipping and when is it free?
From an order value of CHF 29, shipping is free. Below that it costs a flat CHF 4.90, regardless of the number of items.
Where can I buy vapes online in Switzerland?
At iVape you order disposable vapes, pod systems, hybrid systems, e-liquids and nicotine-free vapes online and receive them from a Swiss warehouse. The range includes original products from ELFBAR, LOST MARY, SKE Crystal, Vozol, Sikary and Instaflow. No customs, no weeks of waiting. Browse the range
Are the products at iVape genuine?
Yes. All devices, pods and liquids come from each brand's official distribution and are stored in Switzerland. We do not sell counterfeits or grey-market imports.
Are there volume discounts or tiered prices?
For many products, yes. Tiered prices are shown directly on the product page: the more units of one item you order, the lower the unit price, and the discount is applied automatically in the cart.
Which payment methods are available?
The currently available payment methods are shown in the last step of the order. The purchase is processed securely by our Swiss partner shop, which also handles warehousing and shipping.
Does iVape ship abroad?
No. iVape delivers exclusively to addresses in Switzerland. That keeps delivery fast, with no customs or import duties.

Age & law

How old do I have to be to buy vapes?
18 or older. The Swiss Tobacco Products Act applies to e-cigarettes with and without nicotine. iVape therefore verifies the date of birth with every order, and the courier may check your age again on delivery.
Which nicotine strengths are allowed in Switzerland?
The legal maximum is 20 mg/ml nicotine. Most vapes and e-liquids come in 0 mg (nicotine-free), 10 mg and 20 mg/ml. Beginners who previously smoked little or not at all usually choose a lower strength. Nicotine strength guide
Are disposable vapes banned in Switzerland?
Parliament has decided to ban the sale of disposable e-cigarettes and the Federal Council is drafting the legal amendment. Until the ban takes effect, disposable vapes may still be sold. Rechargeable pod systems with 2 ml pods and refillable devices are not affected by the disposable ban. Guide to the disposable vape ban

Returns & service

Can I return products?
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Opened vapes, pods and liquids are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons. Right of withdrawal
What if a device arrives defective?
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and a short description. We replace defective goods as soon as the case has been checked. Please do not dispose of the device beforehand.
How do I reach customer service?
Fastest via WhatsApp or email to i@ivape.ch. People who know the range answer, not an automated hotline.

Products

What is the difference between a disposable vape, a pod system and a hybrid system?
A disposable vape is a complete device with built-in liquid and battery and is discarded once used up. A pod system has a rechargeable battery onto which you attach prefilled or refillable pods. A hybrid system combines both: a rechargeable battery plus a replaceable liquid container with several thousand puffs. Disposable vs reusable comparison
Are there vapes completely without nicotine?
Yes. Nicotine-free vapes and 0 mg liquids are a category of their own. They contain flavour and a carrier liquid, but no nicotine. The minimum age of 18 still applies. Nicotine-free vapes
What does the number of puffs mean?
The puff count is a manufacturer's guide value for roughly how many draws a device or pod delivers. The actual number depends on draw length and power. For pod and hybrid systems the figure refers to one fill, not the device.
How do I dispose of empty vapes and pods correctly?
Disposable vapes and devices with a battery do not belong in household waste. Hand them in at a collection point for electrical appliances or at a retailer; take-back is free of charge in Switzerland. Empty pods without a battery go in the regular waste.
Which liquid fits my device?
Pod systems with prefilled pods need the original pods of that series. Refillable devices take nicotine-salt liquids in 10 ml, for example Elfliq or Maryliq, in 0, 10 or 20 mg/ml. Every product page states which pods and liquids are compatible. E-liquids
